Article 30– Minorities का Educational Institutions की स्थापना और Administration का Right

(१) सभी Minorities को, चाहे वे Religion या Language पर आधारित हों, अपनी पसंद के Educational Institutions की स्थापना और Administration करने का Right होगा।

(२) State, Educational Institutions को सहायता प्रदान करने में, किसी भी Educational Institution के खिलाफ इस आधार पर भेदभाव नहीं करेगा कि वह Minority के Management में है, चाहे वह Religion या Language पर आधारित हो।
